Manchester Youth Development Center is seeking an After School Group Supervisor to create memorable and enriching experiences for our young learners during after-school hours. You will supervise safety, guide activities, and provide academic support.

This is a part-time role, with hours on select days Monday through Friday 1-6 PM or 2:30-6 PM, totaling 10-20 hours per week. You will partner with a team to foster a caring, engaging learning environment.

Formación

• Experience in education, childcare, or youth programs (or post-secondary credits in Education/Child Development).
• Background checks and Department of Human Services requirements must be met.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Deep commitment to the development and wellbeing of young people.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety and well-being of children during afterschool program.
• Design, coordinate, and implement educational, recreational, and enrichment activities.
• Provide academic assistance and guidance with homework tasks.
• Foster and sustain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Collaborate with the team to improve and innovate the afterschool experience.
