Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Utah County is seeking a Youth Development Professional for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time role focuses on mentoring local youth in a safe, inclusive environment at the Orem Junior High site.

You’ll engage youth with activities, leadership, and for ongoing growth through regular paid staff meetings and trainings. The position offers afternoon hours and a chance to gain nonprofit leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth ages 5–18 is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs as needed.
• Must be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with youth through mentorship and activities.
• Model positive communication and conflict resolution.
• Lead engaging lessons and track activities.
• Attend paid staff meetings and participate in professional development trainings.
