Boys & Girls Clubs of Utah County is seeking a Youth Development Professional (YDP) for the Heber area to support afterschool programs. The role focuses on creating a safe and engaging environment where youth can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities include leading activities, mentoring youth, and tracking attendance. The position is part-time, with afternoon hours and opportunities in select areas. Competitive hourly pay is offered to align with local standards.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with youth ages 5–18 preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive relationships with youth through mentorship and engagement.
• Create a safe, supportive environment for participants.
• Lead games, recreation, and enrichment activities.
• Facilitate engaging lessons and group activities.
