Boys & Girls Clubs of Utah County & Southern Utah is seeking a part-time Youth Development Professional (YDP) to join the afterschool team. With a focus on building connections with youth, the YDP will create a safe and engaging environment for young people to learn and grow.

Responsibilities include leading activities, supporting social-emotional growth, and maintaining organized program spaces. Ideal candidates should have experience working with youth and strong communication skills.

This position offers flexible hours, including afternoons during the school year, and aims to make a positive impact in the community.
