Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas is seeking a part-time Youth Development Professional to support after-school programming and teen activities. You will help provide a welcoming, safe environment, supervise activities, and assist with program delivery across multiple areas from the game room to arts and crafts.

The position requires engaging with youth, enforcing discipline and safety, and reporting in line with club policies. CPR/First Aid may be required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate programs and activities, reflecting Boys & Girls Club’s five core program areas for youth aged 6–18.
• Ensure safe implementation of all programs and activities, including equipment and facilities considerations.
• Orient new members to program areas, special events, and club safety rules.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate programs, services, and activities for members.
• Maintain an attractive, neat program area with current bulletin boards and notices.
• Attend to other tasks as needed or directed to support the Club operation.
