Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas is seeking a part-time Teen Services Professional to deliver hands-on after-school and teen programming. You will help create a welcoming, safe environment, guide members, and support program areas from college prep to esports and arts.

The role requires a high school diploma, 21+ age, and experience with youth. CPR/First Aid is required or provided after hire. Monday–Friday afternoons, on-site at our club, with opportunities to lead and mentor teens.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 21+ years old.
• At least one year experience working with children.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or course available after hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teen-focused programs within the Clubhouse across multiple activity areas.
• Assist with recruitment to reach 100 teen members.
• Ensure safety and orderly program delivery, supervise activities, and maintain records.
