Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas is seeking an Assistant Club Director (Part Time) to provide operational support and lead program activities at a designated Club location. You will supervise staff, coordinate afterschool and summer programs, and foster relationships with parents, schools, and community partners.

The role emphasizes leadership, program quality, and safe, engaging club environments, with work hours Monday–Friday and flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Four year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum three years work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff.
• Ability to guide members, including leadership with conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated ability in working with young people, parents and community leaders.
• Ability to become a certified driver for the organization.
• Bilingual strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support and programmatic direction at a designated Club location.
• Manage/coaching/facilitation of programs and service delivery.
• Oversee staff selection, training, and supervision.
• Develop strong parent and school relations and drive membership participation.
• Implement program cross-learning and adhere to policy and procedures.
