Job summary

After-School All-Stars Philadelphia & Camden is seeking an After-School Site Coordinator to oversee quality and safety of programs at designated partner schools. You will serve as the ASAS representative to school staff, build relationships with administrators, parents, and partners, and drive student recruitment and engagement.

The role reports to the Program Manager and requires leadership in planning enrichment activities across academics, health, STEM, arts, and career exploration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent college coursework.
• 5+ years in after-school or youth outreach/education programs preferred.
• Experience managing staff and delivering youth programs is desirable.
• Ability to engage diverse school communities and build relationships with staff, parents and partners.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Must clear School Aged Child Care, Statewide Central, FBI and Criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Represent ASAS to school administration and teachers.
• Promote ASAS within the school community.
• Recruit and retain students for ASAS programs.
• Collect enrollment, participation, and satisfaction data.
• Conduct parent and teacher outreach.
• Create and oversee quality enrichment programs.
• Plan family engagement events with Program Manager.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisor and team.
• Manage program tasks and deadlines.
