Job summary

The Player Academy of Excellence (PLAE) seeks an energetic Site Coordinator for Abraham Lincoln High School in Philadelphia. This part-time, afterschool role focuses on directing daily OST operations, mentoring staff, and delivering literacy, SEL, and sports activities to grades 9–12.

You will collaborate with school staff, parents, and community partners, manage data entry, ensure safety protocols, and uphold program quality while supporting student readiness for post-secondary paths.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or higher required.
• Experience: Minimum of four years working with children/adolescents preferred.
• Proficiency with administrative systems and payroll platforms (e.g. Rippling).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily OST program operations and logistics at the high school site.
• Lead staff supervision, scheduling, and timesheet approvals.
• Coordinate curriculum activities: literacy, SEL, mentoring, sports.
• Maintain data entry in required tracking systems and ensure program KPIs are met.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance with district and grant requirements.
