Job summary

Innovation Learning Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Resilience Coach to work at school sites in the Phoenix area. The role focuses on mentoring children, delivering enrichment and academic support, and promoting resilience in a safe, engaging environment.

Responsibilities include building relationships, leading activities, facilitating homework help, and ensuring student safety during program hours. Prior experience with youth programs is preferred and CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.
• Must meet one of: 6 months experience or 12 college credits; or an Associate's/Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education; or NAC/CDA/CCP credential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, patience, and genuine passion for youth development.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

• Lead enrichment, recreation, and team-building activities; assist with homework help.
• Participate in games, fitness, and outdoor play; develop social-emotional skills.
• Assist with daily program setup, attendance, and dismissal; maintain a positive learning environment.
