Job summary

Innovation Learning Inc. is seeking a Resilience Coach for the 2026-2027 school year to work at a school-based program site in Colorado. This part-time role focuses on safe, engaging after-school activities, mentorship, and academic support for students.

You will lead enrichment activities, support homework sessions, and foster social-emotional growth while promoting a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with students and create a welcoming environment.
• Lead engaging enrichment, recreation, and team-building activities.
• Facilitate homework help and academic support sessions.
• Participate in games, fitness activities, and outdoor play.
• Help students develop social-emotional and leadership skills.
