Innovation Learning is seeking a Resilience Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time role supports before/after school programs at school-based sites in Conifer and Pine, CO, with hours from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM depending on location.

Earn $20-$24 per hour based on experience and region. Join a passionate team delivering mentorship, enrichment, academic support, and safe, engaging activities that help students build life skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare, camps, or youth programs preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with students and create a welcoming environment.
• Lead enrichment, recreation, and team-building activities.
• Support homework help and academic support sessions.
• Assist with daily program setup, attendance, and safety procedures.
