The position offers a sign-on bonus of $5,000, with half paid at 30 days and half at 90 days, and a pay rate of $20.00–$23.00 per hour based on education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety and joy standards across the program staff and participants.
• Maintain accurate attendance and program records in compliance with policies.
• Engage families and partners through timely communication and collaboration.
• Support daily activities, curriculum, and safety procedures.
• Assist in coaching staff to ensure smooth program operations.
