Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead after-school programs in Pennsylvania. You will oversee safety, staff coaching, and daily activities while ensuring high-quality engagement for children and families.

The role emphasizes strong communication, adherence to policy, and collaboration with the Area Manager to meet program goals. A relevant degree or extensive experience in child services is valued, with a possible sign-on bonus for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
• High school diploma or GED completed and valid.
• BA/BS in early childhood, human services, or related field with 1 year of experience.
• AD in early childhood or related field with 4 years of experience.
• First Aid and CPR certification or the ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Drive the mission by ensuring safety and joy and coaching staff.
• Engage families, partners, peers, and children to build relationships.
• Maintain attendance procedures and compliance with program policies.
• Plan daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe environment.
• Document student check-ins/check-outs and keep records up to date.
