Job summary

Right At School is hiring a part-time Program Manager in Bryn Mawr, PA to lead after-school programs with a focus on safety, learning, and family communication. The role features split shifts, totaling up to 22.5 hours weekly, with morning and afternoon slots Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate has child development knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities while coaching staff and ensuring compliance with program standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• BA/BS in early childhood, child development, special ed, elementary ed or human services preferred.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality service.

Responsibilities

• Drive mission by ensuring safety and joy; maintain site documents and licensing; supervise staff and ensure tasks are completed.
• Engage with families, client partners, peers, and children to support effective communication.
• Support safety protocols and well‑being of participants.
• Maintain attendance records and daily routine activities.
• Collaborate with Area Manager to implement program goals.
