Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Part Time Program Manager in Exeter Township School District to lead after-school programs. The role includes split shifts, roughly 6:45–9:00 and 2:45–6:00, with up to 27.5 hours weekly. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is included, paid in two installments.

You will supervise staff, coordinate activities, ensure safety, and maintain licensing standards while delivering engaging experiences for students.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple priorities while delivering quality service.
• Must be 18+ years old and support children daily.
• Experience with children including special needs is helpful.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model safety and joy, keep procedures current, coach staff, and maintain team cohesion.
• Effective Communication: engage families and partners with timely, clear updates.
• Safety Assurance: monitor and report safety on a daily basis.
• Documentation and Compliance: manage attendance records and policy adherence.
• Daily Routine: run daily activities and curriculum while ensuring a safe environment.
