Job summary

Right At School in Aston Township, PA is seeking a Program Manager to lead after-school programs in local school districts. The role operates Monday–Friday with two shifts totaling up to about 25 hours per week, and the pay rate ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.

You will supervise staff, ensure safety, manage attendance, communicate with families, and maintain records, while upholding licensing standards and program quality.

Qualifications

• Must have experience balancing competing priorities and delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs is preferred.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Excellent oral, written and visual communication with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards when interacting with students, parents, staff and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Drive mission by leading staff to ensure safety and joy standards and up-to-date site documents.
• Communicate effectively with families, client partners, peers and children; respond to inquiries during program hours.
• Support safety protocols and report on safety measures.
• Maintain accurate records for student check-ins and check-outs per policy.
• Implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
