Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with children in educational or care settings.
• Ability to meet state requirements for program staff.
• First Aid/CPR certified or able to obtain.
• Strong communication with families, staff, and partners.
• Ability to model professional standards with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead before-/after-school program operations to ensure safety and joy.
• Coordinate staff, schedules, and daily activities.
• Engage families and partners to support program goals.
• Maintain attendance records and program documentation.
• Collaborate with Area Manager to implement changes or processes.
