Job summary

Right At School provides local school districts before and after school programs with enrichment and learning activities designed to support student success. The Program Manager role offers a pay rate of $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on education and experience, with a Monday–Friday split shift and a total of up to 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience with working amongst competing priorities and delivering quality service to all stakeholders.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
• 18+ years of age.
• Identify and submit proof of MMR.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: supports staff; keeps site documents and licensing up to date; coaching and team cohesion.
• Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols for participant well-being.
• Effective Communication: engage with families, clients, peers, and children; timely responses.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain attendance records and check-in/out procedures.
• Daily Routine: implement daily activities, fitness and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
