Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead our before- and after-school programs. You will supervise staff, uphold safety and engagement, and ensure licensing and attendance processes are followed across sites.

Qualifications

• Requires 12 college credits (100+ level) and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and joy by upholding staff roles and safety standards.
• Support safety protocols and identify risks in the program environment.
• Communicate with families, clients, peers, and children to build trust and transparency.
• Keep attendance records and document program daily routines per policy.
• Coordinate daily activities, fitness, and curriculum delivery.
