Job summary

Right At School is hiring a Program Manager for our childcare program in Washington. This role involves managing before and after school shifts, coaching a team, and collaborating with school staff to deliver engaging, safe enrichment.

Pay range is $23.00-$25.00 per hour with Monday–Friday split shifts. Availability for all five days is required. Benefits include health, dental, 401(k) with company match, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in a childcare or school setting.
• Experience with children and understanding of unique needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, visual) with adults and children.
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements (FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, TB, MMR, Food Handlers).

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality enrichment programs using our Disguised Learning curriculum.
• Develop and coach a team passionate about safety, fun, and learning.
• Work with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience.
• Represent the program at local community events (Back to School, Field Day, etc.).
• Maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork.
