Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager in New York to lead before/after school programs with a focus on safety, engagement, and learning. The role involves coordinating staff, communicating with families, and ensuring compliance with state guidelines.

The pay rate ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on education and experience. Shifts run Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with responsibilities centered on creating a safe, enriching environment

Qualifications

• Experience balancing competing priorities while delivering quality service
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with children and understanding of their development needs
• Willingness to learn and use Google technology tools
• Minimum age 18+ and proof of MMR submission

Responsibilities

• Drive program mission and safety standards across staff
• Engage with families and partners to support clear communication
• Maintain attendance records and compliance with policies
• Coordinate daily activities and curriculum in a safe environment
