Job summary

Right At School is hiring a Program Manager for Hillsboro, MO, coordinating before/after school care at Hillsboro Primary School. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and program quality, and maintain transparent communication with families and the Area Manager.

The role follows a Mon-Fri schedule with early morning and late afternoon shifts, focusing on staff coaching, attendance procedures, and active curriculum delivery in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of needs.
• Strong communication with adults and children.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with Google technology or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
