Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead the before/after school program at Bayless Elementary School in St. Louis, MO.

The role involves ensuring safety, coordinating staff, and maintaining program quality during the 6:00AM-8:00AM and 2:30PM-6:00PM shifts. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and preferably Missouri DESE Center Director Certification and First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• Experience managing priorities and delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience with children and awareness of special needs.
• Training in child development or related field.
• Strong oral, written and visual communication with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google tools or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support safety and joy standards and ensure program tasks are completed.
• Coach staff, maintain attendance procedures, and keep documents up to date.
• Communicate with families, client partners, and children to build trust.
• Maintain accurate student check-in/check-out records and compliance.
• Implement daily activities and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
