Qualifications

Center Director Certification from Missouri's DESE required.
First Aid and CPR in-person required.
Tuberculosis test must be cleared.
Proof of High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Safety & Joy: model positive behavior, ensure safety, maintain up-to-date site documentation and licensing. Outline attendance protocols and policies; coach staff.
Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols to protect participants; identify and mitigate risks.
Effective Communication: engage with families, partners, peers and children; respond promptly during program hours; coordinate with Area Manager.
Documentation and Compliance: maintain student check-in/out records; enforce attendance procedures.
Daily Routine: implement activities, fitness, and curriculum while ensuring a safe, engaging environment.
