Job summary

Arc Experience is hiring a Program Leader for after-school programs in Southern California. You will guide students through social-emotional learning, homework help, and enrichment activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment after school.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in diverse youth settings, strong communication with kids and parents, and the ability to run clubs like career readiness, cooking, or dance. This is a part-time, non-exempt role with daily afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in after-school programs or youth recreation is preferred.
• Ability to talk with kids and parents comfortably.
• TB test required and Live Scan background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome kids after school.
• Organize and lead activities including homework help, games, arts and crafts, and enrichment.
• Create clubs for students (e.g., career readiness, cooking, anime, dance).
• Maintain a secure, safe environment by following safety protocols.
• Support site coordination and communicate with parents.
