Job summary

Arc Experience seeks a Program Leader to guide after-school programs across Southern California, from Los Angeles to San Diego. You will oversee social-emotional learning, homework help, enrichment activities, and clubs, fostering a safe, engaging daily experience for students.

This part-time, non-exempt role reports to the Site Coordinator and requires a year of relevant experience, strong communication, and a TB test with Live Scan. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Strong ability to communicate with kids and their parents.
• College transcripts showing 48+ credits completed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome kids at the end of their school day.
• Organize and lead activities, including homework help and enrichment.
• Supervise indoor and outdoor activities and maintain safety.
• Create clubs and adapt activities to diverse interests.
• Monitor group dynamics and support students’ well-being.
