BridgePrep Academy is seeking an After School Care Director to lead, organize, and manage daily after-school operations. • High school diploma required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
• 2+ years working with children in a school, camp, or childcare setting; leadership experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass required background checks and provide professional references.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily after-school operations, build staff schedules, and train/support team members.
• Enforce safety protocols, emergency procedures, and positive behavior management.
• Lead daily student dismissal, serve as the primary contact for parents, and address family inquiries professionally.
