BridgePrep Broward in Hollywood, FL is seeking an After School Program Assistant for part-time, hourly work. You will supervise students, manage attendance, and support structured after-school activities in a safe, engaging environment.

Reporting to the Dean of Operations or After School Care Director, you will reinforce behavior expectations, assist with homework time and transitions, and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and staff, ensuring smooth pickups and safety

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Prior experience supervising or managing groups of children preferred.
• Attributes: Punctual, dependable, highly attentive, and effective at managing student behavior.

• References: Three professional references including at least one direct supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Student Supervision & Safety: Supervise students at all times to maintain a secure environment.
• Attendance tracking and check-in/dismissal protocols.
• Follow safety protocols and incident reporting.
• Monitor behavior and intervene to maintain campus structure.
