Job summary

Mentoring Alliance is seeking an After School Program Mentor to lead elementary students in enrichment activities and foster youth development within a Christian ministry setting. This is a non-exempt, part-time role averaging 17-20 hours per week.

Ideal candidates are at least 17, may have a HS diploma or GED, and should have CPR/First Aid certification, be able to pass a background check, possess a valid ID or driver's license, and have reliable transportation. Spanish speaking is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check.
• CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory.
• Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued.
• Must be legally allowed to work in the United States and have dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead elementary students in enrichment activities after school.
• Foster youth development in a caring, ministry-focused environment.
• Serve as a role model and minister of the Gospel to kids and families.
