Job summary

Mentoring Alliance is seeking ministry-minded individuals to join our After School team as Part Time Child Care Worker, guiding elementary students in enrichment activities and fostering youth development in a Christian ministry context. The role is non-exempt, part-time, roughly 17-20 hours per week, Monday-Friday 2:00 p.m.

- 6:00 p.m., and requires a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, background check, valid ID, and legal work status in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age; High School Diploma or GED preferred and some post-secondary training highly preferred.
• Ability to earn CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory).
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check
• Legally allowed to work in the United States
