Mentoring Alliance After School seeks ministry-minded Daycare Worker to lead enrichment activities for elementary students in a part-time role. The position runs 17-20 hours weekly, 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.

from Monday to Friday during the school calendar year, within a Christian ministry context. Ideal candidates are at least 17 years old, preferably with a HS diploma or GED, and must obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old and prefer High School Diploma or GED
• Passion and love for working with elementary children
• CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory
• Background/Sex offender check is required
• Valid driver’s license or valid ID and eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead elementary students in enrichment activities after school
• Foster youth development and serve as a role model
• Commit to the Mentoring Alliance’s mission and faith-based environment
• Work 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. Monday–Friday during the school year
