Job summary

Santee School District PRIDE Academy at Prospect Avenue in Santee, CA seeks an entry-level Expanded Learning Program Enrichment Leader to support PreK–8 students with engaging activities in a safe, supportive setting. This role focuses on supervision, enrichment delivery, and collaboration with staff and families.

Responsibilities include coordinating student groups, aligning daily activities with the program plan, preparing snacks, and providing basic first aid as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent; prior youth experience preferred.
• California Paraprofessional Proficiency Exam qualifications accepted.
• Certifications in First Aid/CPR/AED required or must be uploaded.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage student groups with supervised activities.
• Provide engaging learning and enrichment aligned with program plan.
• Align daily activities for a safe, supportive environment.
• Communicate with parents and staff about student progress.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, transitions, field trips, and facility use.
• Follow District Action Plan for quality improvement.
• Prepare and distribute nutritious snacks in sanitary manner.
• Provide basic first aid/CPR/AED as needed.
• Maintain organized classroom and learning environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
