Job summary

PRIDE ACADEMY AT PROSPECT AVEN is seeking an Expanded Learning Program Enrichment Leader to supervise and engage students in an after-school setting. You will reinforce academics, support the Homework program, and help coordinate enrichment activities under supervision.

The role requires 12th grade completion, First Aid/CPR/AED certification, and ongoing training. Flexible hours include early mornings and late afternoons, with duties extending to field trips and health-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of the twelfth grade or equivalent.
• Familiarity with child care and after-school program structures.
• Must participate in ongoing training and provide First Aid/CPR/AED when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student groups on and off campus and ensure safety.
• Support homework program and reinforce instruction.
• Organize activities, monitor behavior, and maintain attendance records.
• Coordinate with staff to communicate with parents about student progress.
• Assist with meals, field trips, and health-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain classroom and program materials and equipment.
