Job summary

Santee School District Pepper Drive School in El Cajon, CA is seeking an Expanded Learning Program Enrichment Leader for the Pepper Drive TK site. Qualifications

• California paraprofessional certification or equivalent is required.
• Experience with youth is preferred.
• Ability to supervise groups of students and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student groups with careful, effective oversight.
• Provide active, engaging enrichment activities aligned with program plan.
• Create a safe, supportive environment for students.
• Communicate with parents and staff about students in the program.
• Monitor student transitions, arrivals, departures, and field trips.
• Follow District Action Plan for quality improvement.
