Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to support after-school programs in Georgia. You will help plan activities, lead engaging curriculum, and ensure a safe, happy environment for children.

The role requires teamwork, a genuine love for learning, and flexibility to cover additional programs as needed. Experience with children under 13 is preferred, with shifts Monday through Friday and af ternoon hours.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age preferred.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, share ideas and progress.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities and curriculum aligned with objectives.
• Leading by example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment and positive guidance.
• Prioritize safety and joy: monitor environment, address hazards, document observations.
• Communication: effectively connect with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
