Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator in Atlanta to support before- and after-school programs. You will help deliver engaging activities, monitor safety, and foster a love of learning in a structured environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, teamwork, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. The role runs Monday through Friday with early morning and late afternoon hours at local schools in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience caring for children is preferred; at least 1 year is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Demonstrates passion for inspiring learning and healthy living.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily program meetings and share updates and goals.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities and curriculum.
• Lead by example to maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Prioritize safety and joy, document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
