Job summary

Right At School in Suwanee, GA is seeking an Educator to join our after-school program. You will plan and lead engaging activities, support kids ages up to 12, and help create a safe, nurturing environment after school.

Ideal candidates have a passion for learning, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Shifts are 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to support additional local programs.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age preferred.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, and accountability.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities aligned with objectives.
• Lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Monitor safety, document attendance and incidents, and communicate with families.
