Job summary

Right At School is hiring Educators in Pennsylvania to lead before- and after-school programs focused on enriching activities and safe, engaging experiences for children. The role emphasizes inspiring learning, teamwork, and dependable care in a dynamic school setting.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on education and experience. Program hours run Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM–8:30 AM and 3:30 PM–6:30 PM, with opportunities to support additional local programs as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements for PA.
• First Aid and CPR in-person, TB clearance, and clear background checks.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate daily activities and curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
• Ensure safety protocols and attendance documentation are followed.
