Job summary

Right At School is hiring an Educator to support before- and after-school programs in Pennsylvania. The role involves preparing activities, guiding students, and maintaining a safe, engaging environment that aligns with our mission of empowering children through learning and healthy living.

The position offers part-time scheduling Monday through Friday afternoons, with a pay rate of $18.00–$19.00 per hour based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
• Works well in a team environment
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
• Ability to lift 25lbs
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, ideas and progress
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: align with program objectives
• Leading by Example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor environment, document attendance and incidents
• Communication: interact with children, parents, staff and school personnel
