Right At School is seeking an Educator to support before/after school programs in Pennsylvania. The role emphasizes inspiring a love of learning, safe environments, and structured daily activities for children.

Responsibilities include daily meetings, planning activities, and guiding children with positive behavior. The position offers a part-time schedule of up to 25 hours per week with a pay rate of $15.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.

• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals and progress with the team.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities aligned with curriculum.
• Leading by Example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor environment and follow safety protocols.
• Communication: engage with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
