Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to join our Michigan before- and after-school programs. You will facilitate engaging activities, support children's learning, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment during morning and afternoon sessions.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience with children, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. The role offers a generous hourly pay rate of $15.00-$18.00 and a schedule that fits after-school hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• Ability to engage and supervise children in a structured environment.
• Commitment to safety and positive guidance.

Responsibilities

• Daily program meetings and collaboration with staff.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities aligned with objectives.
• Lead by example to maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Prioritize safety and joy; document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
