Right At School in Michigan is seeking an Educator to join our before/after school program. You will prepare activities, lead daily curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for children aged under 13.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and flexible scheduling with morning and afternoon shifts, up to 22.92 hours per week. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Must meet Michigan state requirements (TB test, MMR, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Hold daily program meetings to review goals and progress.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities and curriculum.
• Lead by example with safe, nurturing environment.
• Prioritize safety and joy; document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
