Right At School is seeking an Educator to support before/after school programs in local school districts. The role involves leading activities, ensuring safety, and fostering a love for learning in children.

Ideal candidates will have customer service skills, teamwork, and experience with children; the position requires 1 year of relevant work and ability to lift 25 lbs. Pay rate ranges based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Meet state-specific requirements for PA.
• Tuberculosis test cleared.
• 18+ years of age.
• CDA Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily program goals and progress in meetings.
• Prepare and lead daily activities aligned with the curriculum.
• Model positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Monitor safety and document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
