Job summary

Robbinsdale Area Schools is seeking a Part-Time Education Assistant for Adventure Club at Fair Pilgrim Lane. The role supports the school-age care program, with duties including planning enriching activities and supervising children from Kindergarten through 5th grade, indoors and outdoors, Monday through Friday, 1:30-5:30.

The starting pay is $22.92 per hour for 12+ hours per week or $19.11 per hour if working under 12 hours per week, with a hiring bonus stipend from grant up to $1000.

Qualifications

• Experience working with elementary-age children.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Credits in education, child development or related education from a university, college or education-based program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of an enriching extended-day environment for children enrolled in the Adventure Club School Age Care Program, grades Kindergarten 5.
• Indoor and outdoor supervision of children daily.
