Job summary

Robbinsdale Area Schools is seeking a Part-Time Education Assistant for Adventure Club at FAIR Pilgrim Lane. This role supports after-school care for K-5 students, with afternoon supervision and activity planning. Work up to 20 hours per week, 1:30-5:30, Monday through Friday, with flexibility on days.

Starting pay is $22.92 per hour for 12+ hours weekly or $19.11 for less than 12 hours. Additional hiring bonus up to $1,000 is available through the grant; employees enjoy a supportive, inclusive

Qualifications

• Successful experience working with elementary-age children.
• HS diploma/GED preferred.
• Credits in education, child development or related education from a university, college or education-based program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of an enriching extended-day environment for children enrolled in the Adventure Club program, grades Kindergarten–5.
• Indoor and outdoor supervision of children daily.
• We plan the fun!
