Job summary

Robbinsdale Area Schools is seeking an Adventure Club Assistant Site Supervisor at the Robbinsdale Spanish Immersion Elementary School. The role supports after‑school care, non‑school days and vacations, working 37.5 hours per week across a 52‑week calendar.

Compensation includes a Level 4 contract ($21.83–$27.02 per hour) plus a $2,000 hiring bonus and possible grant‑based stipends up to $3,750. Hours vary; a strong emphasis on safety, inclusion, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Completed BA or BS in elementary, early childhood, school-age education or related field, preferred.
• Credit hours in child and youth development or related SAC programming.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Supervisor in supervising Adventure Club program development and operations.
• Promote Ignite Accreditation and Minnesota School Age Care Standards.
• Develop and implement anti-bias, inclusive environment and curriculum.
• Maintain a fiscally sound site budget and supervise staff.
• Establish effective communication with families, Adventure Club and school staff.
