Job summary

The Queen’s School is seeking a caring After School Club Leader to join our Lower School team. You will run a safe, engaging and inclusive after-school programme, providing a range of activities that help pupils develop confidence, friendships and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, a commitment to safeguarding and experience with EYFS or wraparound care.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding.
• Ability to lead a varied programme of creative activities while supporting children's wellbeing and development.
• Experience of EYFS, wraparound care, SEND support or staff supervision would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the after-school club.
• Ensure high standards of care, health and safety.
• Work closely with parents, carers and colleagues.
• Provide engaging activities beyond the classroom.
• Safeguard and welfare checks.
