Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to support Recipients in their own homes, delivering one-on-one assistance and guidance in daily activities. You’ll help with skill-building and encourage personal growth while fostering independence.

Position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities across Southeast Michigan, with a focus on compassionate care, strong communication, and reliable transportation for community outings.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to Recipients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living and skill-building activities.
• Bring Recipients into the community to support personal goals.
