Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to join our 1:1 in-home support team. You will work with recipients in their homes, helping with daily activities, skill-building, and community outings to foster independence.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care to clients.
• Support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities.
• Assist clients in community outings to grow personal goals.
• Follow care plans and document progress.
